I believe that when it comes to flowers, as in life, that less is more. I like to keep things simple which brings out the natural beauty of all things. My unique floral centerpieces will delight you as well as your guests.
I struggled for years with the knowledge that all flowers grown are not created equal. I also struggled knowing that the “hand picked garden bouquet” look I so love, is not easily attainable with commercially grown flowers that are found in supermarkets or your corner flower shop.
These commercially grown flowers are pretty and affordable but they have a darker story to tell. Flowers grown for export into the U.S market are chemically and specifically engineered to prolong shelf life weeks after they’ve been picked. It seems to me that these imported flowers of today have lost their soul in comparison to the fresh field, locally grown varieties available from local farmers.
My mission is to offer my clients in season locally grown flowers for that hand picked garden look. My goal is to show how these local seasonal flowers can be designed with style and elegance to fit all of my clients needs.
