Spending time with my family during the slow summer months completes me. I find during the school year I run around keeping things as together as possible for my family and my work. I just don’t have the proper time to teach important lessons.

The Summer of 2012 brings new beginnings and with new beginnings there is always the process of learning new things. So my mission is to teach the boys staple meals they can produce in the future. For example, they’ve learned how to make proper rice, the art of seasoning meats for grilling or stewing, preparing perfect garden salads and dressing them, pasta sauce, steaming garden vegetables…what more can a mom ask for. My mission is to make sure these boys are well equipped to take care of themselves and help their future partners. ~enjoy~
